clean - modern, and beautifully decorated apartment and terrace. Great location - just a 10-15 minute stroll to the Vatican and St. Peter's Square. Bus stop right outside for easy access to the city. The concierge - Luca - was super friendly and helpful - providing local restaurant recommendations including Passioni di Pasta for delicious and affordable pasta and Grecco Enjoy for cocktails and morning coffee. Luca also arranged transport from the airport and gave us all the information we needed.
Would definitely recommend.

Buffet breakfast was the highlight of my stay.if you count ancient pastries and unchanged plates as highlights. Great views of the city.
Who needs an early check-in or privacy anyway? Just carry your bags all over Rome and enjoy the charming company of a friend of David's at check-in.

I always come back because it's perfect. They helped me with an insect bite once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, airport shuttle, TV, lift, kettle. No pets, smoking allowed. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Buffet breakfast was a culinary masterpiece. What a delightful display of plastic-wrapped croissants and minimal fruit! The location was so conveniently close to all the tourist attractions, perfect for a speedy sightseeing tour. Great for those who are always in a rush like me.
Ah, the joy of being awaken by the overenthusiastic cleaner, knocking on my door repeatedly. Such a delightful start to the day.

The sun terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The room was modern, spacious, and super clean. The breakfast items provided were a nice touch and available all day. The location was great, with the Vatican and other main attractions within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and provided useful maps and information. The owners even went out of their way to make my birthday special with a bottle of wine!
Felt very lucky, nothing was too much trouble.

The room was very clean and cozy, perfect for a Christmas getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist us. The location was great, close to the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the stocked fridge in the room.
The noise insulation in the room was quite poor. We could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
